A therapeutic massage is used to stimulate relaxation. Therapeutic massage can be used to reduce stress, improve blood circulation and reduce pain. There are many techniques used in a therapeutic massage including effleurage, kneading, lymphatic drainage, picking up and skin rolling.

- This is therapeutic with medium to hard pressure. We focus on trigger points and muscle groups to relieve pain and tension.

Hot Stones
- This is a Swedish massage with hot stones. It also can be therapeutic equivalent to deep tissue without excessive pressure.

Prenatal Massage
- For a mother to be, we use the side-to-side supine to position the mother in comfort.

- This is a light pressure massage that focuses on the lymphatic system.

Cupping Massage
- This consists of suction cups of various sizes. The goal is to increase blood flow to the area of the cups for muscle tension relief.
